Short Bio
Terpsichore Latsi was born in 1982. She grew up in Patras until 2000 when she moved to Athens to study Architecture at the National Technical University (NTUA).
During her studies, she earned a distinction in a competition held by NTUA, regarding the reformation of the outdoor space between the university buildings. She graduated in 2007 and worked for TRAC SA (Divercity Architects), before leaving for Netherlands (2008) in order to study Urbanism at TU Delft.
Even before receiving her MSc degree in Urbanism in 2011, she started working as an intern researcher for the International New Town Institute of Almere (INTI, 2010-2011) and the product of the research was published in 2012, under the title "Excavating the Past: New Towns in the B.C.".
She also collaborated with the Dutch office Bokkers van der Veen Architecten & Planners for a competition project (2012) and the idea was selected among the finalists. Since 2013 she is working as a self-employed architect in Greece undertaking projects from the stage of concept development to construction.
She has collaborated with various other offices in Greece, like with Thymio Papayannis and Associates Inc. (TPA) for the "Hellinikon former Airport Redevelopment Masterplan Proposal, Attica, Greece", a joint project between TPA, Skidmore Owings and Merrill LLP London (SOM), Martha Schwartz Partners, and David Chipperfield Architects, as well as with Anaplasi Consulting Engineers S.A. for projects both in Greece and abroad.
She is a registered member of the Greek Technical Chamber since 2008.
